In 2008 we upgraded our laser capabilities with a Bystronic 5200 watt Byspeed laser. The advanced dynamics of this machine allow it to move as fast as any machine on the market. The capabilities of the machine are:
- 1” steel
- .75” stainless steel
- .5” aluminum
In 2009 we added an automated load/unload robotic Bytrans. This allows our machine to operate unmanned in a “lights out” environment, minimizing our labor costs and shortening our turnaround times.
The robotic loading, dual pallet tables and 5'x10' table allows us to maximize value for our customers. These advances are necessary to be competitive in today’s world of manufacturing.
